Position OverviewThe Senior Manufacturing Engineer leverages advanced subject-matter expertise to execute critical project work and drive operational decisions. This role applies a deep understanding of manufacturing principles alongside company policies to resolve complex, moderate-scope issues. Working under limited supervision, the Senior Engineer exercises strong judgment within standard practices, builds productive cross-functional relationships, and requires only general guidance on routine work and strategic direction on new initiatives.
Schedule: 2nd Shift, Monday through Thursday 7:00 PM - 6:30 PM
Responsibilities
- Develops, implements and maintains methods, operation sequence and processes in the manufacture or fabrication of parts, components, sub assemblies and final assemblies.
- Interfaces with design engineering in coordinating the release of new products.
- Estimates manufacturing cost, determines time standards, and makes recommendations for tooling and process requirements of new or existing product lines.
- Maintains records and reporting systems for coordination of manufacturing operations.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and at least 1 year of product manufacturing experience
OR
- Master's degree and no experience
OR
- At least 3 years of product manufacturing experience

- Experience machining CGI, steel, and cast iron.
