Manufacturing Engineer Level 3 | San Antonio, Texas, United States
Indotronix is seeking an :Manufacturing Engineer Level 3
Location:San Antonio, TX
Shift: Variable, 7AM to 3:30PM
Must be available for all shifts (1st, 2nd and 3rd)
as well as weekend or daily overtime.

Job Description

Develops and implements production and tooling methodologies. Participates on Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) to integrate technical solutions across multiple disciplines. Develops, identifies, and implements conceptual designs and maintains the program architecture for build. Leads and implements manufacturing plans.

Conducts producibility and variation analyses to ensure manufacturing process capability matches requirements. Assists in providing producibility information for project plans and documents producibility best practices. Analyzes design/build concepts to evaluate producible design definitions.

Resolves technical problems impacting performance, cost, or schedule. Coordinates and implements new engineering principles, advanced technologies, and concepts. Validates and ensures production readiness of solutions to complex problems. Implements Lean principles and technologies.

Required Qualifications
  • Experience with manufacturing processes, tooling methodologies, and production planning.
  • Experience participating in Integrated Product Teams (IPTs).
  • Knowledge of producibility analysis and manufacturing process capability.
  • Ability to resolve complex technical and manufacturing issues.
  • Experience implementing Lean manufacturing principles.

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, or related technical discipline with 5+ years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g., Master's degree with 3+ years of experience or PhD with relevant experience). ABET accreditation preferred but not required.
