Position offers a starting salary range of $86,000 - $110,000 USDPay offered dependent on knowledge, skills, and experience.

What You Drive at DTNA• Design, develop, and implement new or revised production processes for the efficient/economical production of trucks
• Designs arrangement of manufacturing equipment to ensure most efficient and productive layout
• Designs the sequence of production operations, specifying applicable tools and equipment, and adapting machinery in response to factory conditions
• Resolve systemic quality issues with robust work design. Conducts tests throughout all stages of production to determine control over applicable variables and troubleshooting/solving production problems
• Provides guidance to product design engineering on technical specifications that will best utilize equipment and manufacturing techniques
• Ensures that production processes and procedures are in compliance with regulations
• Conduct Process Failure Mode and Effect Analysis on critical processes
• Ensure maintenance of standard work and Production Process Assurance Forms documentation
Knowledge You Should Bring- Bachelor's degree with a focus in process, industrial, systems engineering or related field
- 2+ years of manufacturing process engineering, production engineering, industrial engineering, or assembly operations experience in a manufacturing environment
- Experience with Autocad, Solidworks, PowerBI, Autodesk, or Siemens NX
- An attached resume is required
Exceptional Candidates Might Have- Experience with MCS (Manufacturing Control System) or Pinpoint
- Working knowledge of eHC / eSWI / ePPAF
- Familiarity with the IMS mainframe and the electronic TSO
