Role: Managing Partner - Artificial Intelligence for Retail

Job Description:
Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) is seeking an accomplished Managing Partner to drive our AI growth initiatives within the Retail sector across the USA and Canada. The AI Leader is responsible for positioning TCS through thought leadership, driving revenue growth by leveraging AI-led solutions and services. Also, contribute to the market strategy, building executive relationships, and leading high impact strategic engagements. This role bridges business outcomes and advanced AI capabilities, translating complex AI offerings into clear, value-driven propositions for clients.
Key Responsibilities -
• Drive solution-led, consultative selling of AI offerings
• Lead Executive Level AI Value Conversations
• Own AI sales pipeline and revenue targets
• Partner with delivery and ecosystem teams to close large deals
Qualifications:
Overall, 15-20 with 10+ years of AI & Data or consulting sales experience.
Strong understanding of AI, data, and digital transformation.
Deep understanding of the Retail & CPG industry landscape in North America Exposure to hyperscaler ecosystems (Azure, AWS, GCP) or AI platforms.
Salary Range: $195,600 - $253,200 a year
