Req ID: 2205 Full-Time/Part-Time: Full-Time To strengthen our motivated Leadership Team, we are seeking a Managing Director for our Charlotte, NC plant. We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Managing Director to provide overall leadership and direction for all site operations, including Production, Quality, Maintenance, Engineering, Supply Chain, Customer Service, Human Resources, and Environmental Health & Safety. This executive leadership role is responsible for developing and executing business strategies that align with MM Packaging's global objectives and support profitable growth as well as leading the organization in achieving operational excellence, customer satisfaction, financial performance and employee engagement goals. Your Role • You will provide overall leadership and oversight of daily manufacturing operations to ensure optimum performance, productivity, quality and efficiency. • You will establish and monitor key operational metrics including productivity, quality, waste reduction, on-time delivery, equipment effectiveness and customer satisfaction. • You are ambitious in driving Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen and continuous improvement initiatives throughout the plant. • You will partner with functional leaders to optimize production schedules, capacity planning, resource allocation and operational processes. • You will assume full P&L responsibility for the facility and ensure achievement of financial objectives. • You are committed in driving initiatives to improve profitability through productivity improvements, cost reductions and operational efficiencies. Your Profile • You have a degree in Business, Engineering, Operations Management, Manfacturing or related field. • You have already gained 10 years of experience of progressive manfacturing leadership experience, including senior operational leadership responsibility. • You have already obtained Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or Continous Improvement certifications. • You have experience managing large, cross-functional teams in a fast paced manfacturing envrionment. • You have experience withing packaging, printing, consumer goods, pharmaceutical packaging or other highly regulated manufacturing industries.
