KPMG islooking to hire a Manager, Workday Learning for our Advisory practice.

Responsibilities
  • Strategic Client Leadership: Serve asthe lead strategic advisor for Workday Learning transformation engagements.Focus on aligning learning strategies with core business objectives anddemonstrating measurable value and ROI.
  • Advanced Solution Architecture:Leverage our advanced automation platform to design and validate sophisticated,high-impact solutions. Your focus will be less on manual configuration and moreon architecting solutions that solve complex business problems, auditingAI-driven outputs for quality, and optimizing system design for long-termvalue.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Championa data-first approach by analyzing system and business data to identifyoptimization opportunities, mitigate risks, and provide clients with actionableinsights for continuous improvement.
  • Value Realization & Articulation:Develop and manage business cases, articulate the financial and strategicimpact of solution decisions to executive stakeholders, and leadvalue-realization workshops to ensure benefits are tracked and achieved post-implementation.
  • Critical Thinking & ProblemSolving: Lead client workshops focused on navigating complex business processre-engineering, change management, and governance challenges that arise from a more automated, intelligent ERP landscape.
  • Strategic Business Development:Identify and pursue new business opportunities by demonstrating how ourAI-augmented approach to Workday transformation delivers superior outcomescompared to traditional implementation models.
  • Team Development & Mentorship:Coach and mentor team members to develop their critical thinking, analyticalcapabilities, and deep functional expertise required to thrive in an AI-drivenconsulting environment.

Qualifications
  • A minimum of five years of experiencein the Workday ecosystem, with a proven track record of shifting fromimplementation tasks to strategic advisory.
  • Bachelor's degree from an accreditedcollege or university.
  • Demonstrated expertise in WorkdayLearning, with a deep understanding of its functional capabilities and, moreimportantly, its strategic application to business challenges.
  • Proven ability to think criticallyand analytically, using data to inform decisions and solve complex, ambiguousproblems.
  • Experience in a role requiring astrong understanding of business principles, including ROI, value engineering,and financial impact analysis.
  • Drive organizational initiatives toensure smooth adoption of new Workday features and process automations,fostering user engagement and maximizing ROI through targeted training,communication, and continuous feedback loops.
  • Exceptional communication andstakeholder management skills, with the ability to articulate the value ofcomplex technical solutions to executive and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience with architect-leveldesign, with an emphasis on validating and refining solutions in an AI-assistedenvironment. Experience with intelligent automation platforms, generative AI,or similar proprietary tools within an ERP environment is strongly preferred.
  • Workday Learning certification ispreferred.
  • Travel may be up to 80-100%.
