Full Job Description
Who are we hiring?

The Manager VIP Hospitality will be responsible for managing VIP client needs and working on site at high profile events attended by celebrities, executives and VIP guests. The Manager VIP Hospitality will act as the VIP administrator for concerts, games, and special events while managing client needs and ensuring exceptional hospitality for our guests. The Manager VIP Hospitality will be involved in all aspects of the MSG VIP Services department and serve as a contact and voice for the department with both internal and external audiences.

What will you do?
  • Manage VIP Services databases, documents, and calendars.
  • Responsible for managing VIP client needs including making necessary adjustments in real time, resolving issues, and delivering timely responses.
  • Provide support and exceptional hospitality in the VIP spaces for celebrities, executives and VIP Guests during concerts, games, and special events.
  • Lead and oversee the part-time VIP hospitality staff during events
  • Collaborate and update seating assignments and hospitality spaces for all VIP and executive guests.
  • Manage team finance documents including invoicing, bill backs, tracking and reconciliation.
  • Provide creative input on special projects, as well as performing other duties throughout the year.
  • Manage and organize suite inventory and merch for VIP team and provide support for daily operations.
  • Provide exceptional experiences for our guests, partners, and team members, including by adhering to our appearance and presentation guidelines while on-site.

  • 5+ years of experience in a related field with some previous managerial experience preferred
  • Strong attention to detail that ensures high level of accuracy and efficiency
  • Well-organized self-starter
  • Ability to adapt to shifting priorities
  • Ability to execute multiple tasks in a fast-paced service environment with changing demands
  • Exhibits a passion for the VIP guest experience

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS:
  • Standing for the duration of evening events
  • Available to work prolonged hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays (sometimes with no day off during a stretch of games, concerts, and events.)
  • Some travel

Pay Range

$83,000-$125,000 USD
