Full Job Description
About the Role

We're hiring a Manager to grow and scale Okta's Tech Partners ecosystem. You'll own partner relationships at scale while delivering a differentiated experience for emerging technology partners. You'll translate our partnership playbook into a market-defining ecosystem, drive new integrations and revenue, and act as the face of Okta to a growing segment of technology partners. This role blends system thinking, program design, GTM execution, creative partnership marketing, and the smart application of AI to operate with scale and precision.

What You'll Do
  • Drive AI innovation across partner programs and operations to maximize scale, efficiency, and engagement
  • Be the primary Okta contact and trusted advisor to emerging tech partners
  • Design and launch scalable partner programs and playbooks that accelerate integrations, joint GTM, and revenue
  • Deliver differentiated partner experiences at scale, including seamless onboarding, technical enablement, co-sell motions, and executive alignment
  • Drive end-to-end integration projects: prioritize opportunities, coordinate engineering and product resources, and accelerate time-to-value
  • Use AI and automation tools to streamline partner lifecycle management and scale personalized engagement (e.g., onboarding, health checks, co-sell enablement).
  • Track partner performance, report on KPIs, and optimize program tactics for partner growth and retention
  • Represent Okta externally at partner events, briefings, and executive meetings

What You'll Bring
  • 7+ years of partner management, alliances, or channel experience with a demonstrated track record of building and scaling partner programs
  • Experience working with technical partners (platforms, security, infrastructure, data/AI, SaaS) and driving integrations end-to-end
  • Creative, strategic thinker who is able to invent repeatable partnership plays and tailor high-touch experiences where it matters
  • Comfort with data and metrics: build dashboards, track adoption, and tie partner activity to revenue
  • Practical exposure to AI tools and automation for scaling partner operations (prompting, workflow automation, intelligence pipelines)
  • Excellent communicator and presenter; proven ability to build credibility with partner executives and internal leadership

Why You'll Love Okta
  • Work at the intersection of identity, security, and AI with a team building the future of secure automation
  • High autonomy, collaborative culture, and direct impact on strategic partnerships and revenue
  • Competitive compensation, benefits, and learning opportunities
