Qualifications

• Master's degree in mechanical or computer engineering, or a related field.
• 5 years of experience with computer-aided engineering software and high performance computing.
• 5 years of experience in computational fluid dynamics (CFD) or finite element analysis (FEA).
• 3 years of experience configuring and optimizing high-performance computing Linux environments.
• 3 years of experience creating automated tools like shell scripts for batch computing jobs.
• 3 years of technical support experience in technology environments.
• 3 years of experience with cloud computing and Linux administration.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to customers using the Rescale platform.
• Resolve customer support requests via email and live chat.
• Develop best practice recommendations from testing and benchmarking.
• Escalate bugs and issues to engineering and product teams.
• Create documentation and tutorials for users and platform features.
