Full Job Description
You'll lead the team that gets new Amazon facilities open on time by managing the technology supply chain behind every launch. This role puts you at the intersection of operational leadership and strategic impact - owning delivery performance across a high-volume launch pipeline, developing a team of fulfillment specialists, and shaping the systems and processes that make North America's technology launch capability scale. As Manager Technology Fulfillment Service- Execution, you own the technology fulfillment pipeline for new site launches end-to-end. You'll lead a team of fulfillment specialists, own regional delivery performance, and drive continuous improvement across the entire launch supply chain. You'll partner at a senior level with construction, deployment, and vendor management to ensure technology readiness for every new facility - and you'll set the direction for how your team scales to meet the demands of Amazon's growth. Your decisions affect how fast and how reliably Amazon can expand its operations network. The scope is substantial, the accountability is clear, and the impact is direct. Key job responsibilities - Lead and develop a team of fulfillment specialists executing technology supply chain operations for new site launches across North America. - Own launch on-time, in-full delivery performance and drive continuous improvement in process efficiency, cost, and quality. - Manage resource allocation for the NA launch fulfillment function, delivering year-over-year cost performance improvements. - Partner with construction, deployment, and vendor management teams at a senior level to align the fulfillment pipeline to facility opening milestones. - Establish and evolve standard operating procedures for launch fulfillment execution, building a scalable operating model for the region BASIC QUALIFICATIONS - 3+ years of team management experience - 3+ years of program or project management experience - 3+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience - 3+ years of delivering cross functional projects experience - 1+ years of supply chain experience - Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS - Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization - Experience in data mining, data management, reporting, and SQL queries The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
