Full Job Description
You will be aligned to the Diversified Food and Health Division focused on Bevcorp product line located at the Eastlake, OH facility.

On any Given Day you will:

The Supply Chain Manager is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing procurement and inventory management functions

Develop and execute procurement strategies for direct and indirect materials to optimize costs, quality, and delivery performance.

Negotiate and establish strategic supplier agreements, focusing on metals, fabrications, and electromechanical products.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement supply chain and sourcing best practices
  • Oversee daily operations related to receiving, warehousing, inventory, and shipping.
  • Implement and monitor inventory control procedures, including FIFO, cycle counts, and inventory reduction/addition controls
  • Maintain physical condition and organization of warehouses, ensuring safety and cleanliness
  • Coordinate efforts for outgoing shipments, both domestic and international
  • Schedule and prioritize shipments based on production needs and inventory levels
  • Resolve transportation-related issues, such as delays, damages, or discrepancies.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives in procurement and inventory management processes.
  • Leverage data analytics to improve freight efficiency and performance.
  • Analyze freight spending and identify areas for improvement.
  • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performance team, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented work environment.
  • Work closely with leadership to achieve financial objectives related to inventory levels and procurement costs.


Minimum Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, supply chain, or a related field; an advanced degree (MBA) is preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of proven leadership experience in procurement, sourcing, and inventory management within a manufacturing environment.
  • Experience working with ERP systems required, Epicor or JD Edwards preferred.
  • High proficiency with inventory management, SIOP, lean manufacturing, and Continuous Improvement
  • Experience in coordinating inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring timely delivery and receipt of goods.
  • Ability to lead and collaborate through change
  • Support team with development and growth
  • Travel up to 30% when needed
