--The Project Delivery Lead (Manager) is responsible for supporting the end-to-end delivery of client projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires demonstration of leadership, stakeholder management, and project management capabilities, as well as the ability to manage and mentor project teams.
What will your typical day look like?In this role, you will be accountable for:
- Supporting the Project lead in the management and successful execution of CPO strategic priorities assigned to the People Transformation team.
- Involved in and/or lead project scoping & planning, design & development, implementation readiness and sustainment activities in collaboration with accountable CPO CoEs and business
collaborators. - Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, resources, budget, risks, and deliverables.
- Monitor project progress, proactively identifying and resolving issues, risks, and roadblocks.
- Facilitate project meetings, status updates, and executive reporting.
- Manage and mentor project team members, fostering collaboration and professional development; provide guidance on project activities and tasks, coaching, and support to project team members and deliver on project outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with organizational methodologies, quality standards, and best practices.
- Apply agile, data-driven insights and human centered design methodology to all project
activities. - Work collaboratively with diverse, multi-functional teams and peer group to ensure all projects make an impact that matters.
- Provide thought leadership and contribute insights and ideas to support the design and delivery of strategic initiatives, including a willingness to challenge the status quo while drawing on relevant experience.
- Support the development of team members through the apprenticeship model

- Client service & delivery excellence, ideally related to human resources or human capital, with the demonstrated ability to take initiative and operate in a fast-paced and creative environment.
- Demonstrated leadership & team management across multiple initiatives/workstreams in parallel.
- An excitement to propose new things, iterate on execution, report on progress, ID risks and propose mitigations.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills and the ability to communicate complex concepts
in simple and effective manner. - Fosters an inclusive working environment where people treat each other with respect, courtesy and fairness.
- Project management experience utilizing agile or iterative, consultative approaches with an outcomes focus
Total RewardsThe salary range for this position is $85,000 - $156,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
