What is the opportunity?

The Strategic Execution team within the Chief Legal and Administrative Office (CLAO) plays a critical role in driving highly visible, enterprise-level transformation initiatives providing thought leadership and collaborating with senior leaders to contribute to strategic objectives and the clear path to execution excellence. We are seeking a high-performing and motivated individual to join our team to support the coordination of the Financial Crimes Anti-Money Laundering transformation program, a key enterprise priorities for the Strategic Execution team.

Please note, this is hybrid role. The expectation is that the incumbent will work a minimum of 4 days in the office.

What will you do?

Talent Management Administration
  • Provides direct support to Senior Leadership Team - with emphasis on administration, scheduling, and calendar management
  • Manage the onboarding and off-boarding employees, including form submittals, asset management, and employee engagement during onboarding/orientation
  • Coordinate and follow up on all recruitment activities including interview scheduling, and seeking decisions and final recommendations
  • Engage with third-party suppliers/consultants as needed to deliver on program objectives, while ensuring alignment with internal delivery standards and governance frameworks


General Administration
  • Schedule and coordinate project team meetings, workshops, and working sessions
  • Management of community access rights for sites including Connect and SharePoint and ensuring that materials are up to date
  • Tracking and maintenance of team employee lifecycle data
  • Manage project management tool administration and user support


Reporting & Documentation
  • Compile project status data and support preparation of reports for leadership
  • Maintain project templates, standards, and best practice documentation
  • Create and update project dashboards and tracking tools
  • Maintain project files, documentation systems, and organizational records


What do you need to succeed?

Must Have
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Word, Power Point, Excel, Outlook
  • Exceptional organizational and planning skills; strong proofreading and editing skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills, diplomacy, tact, positive can-do attitude
  • Work effectively with various levels of staff, including senior management and executives
  • Outstanding time management and proven ability to pivot/adjust to changing priorities
  • Capable of acting independently and comfort with ambiguity
  • Ability to work with multiple PM and teams simultaneously


Nice to Have
  • University or college degree in related field (i.e., Communication, Business Administration)
  • Ability to think beyond the task to the overall project objectives and improve processes, where possible
  • Adaptability and openness to change
  • Experience with enterprise transformation initiatives
  • Regulatory programs and/or Anti-Money Laundering (AML) experience
