Role summary:
The Senior Manager, Global Investigations, leads complex investigations across multiple business segments, identifying risks and vulnerabilities while developing strategic solutions. This role fosters collaboration with internal and external partners, providing expert consultation and training to support ethical standards and compliance. Responsible for managing investigative teams, the position drives continuous improvement through data analysis, process refinement, and proactive risk mitigation. The role demands strong leadership, adaptability, and a commitment to integrity, ensuring alignment with company policies and contributing to a secure and compliant global business environment.
About the team:
The Health & Wellness Investigations (HWI) team conducts thorough proactive and reactive investigations across Wal-Mart and Sam's Club pharmacies and Vision Centers, including international locations. The team collaborates with internal and external partners to identify risks and vulnerabilities, ensuring adherence to ethical standards and company policies. Utilizing data analysis and investigative techniques, the team addresses complex issues such as fraud and misconduct. Members are supported through ongoing development and mentoring, fostering a professional environment focused on integrity, adaptability, and continuous improvement to protect the business and uphold Walmart's commitment to excellence.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
