Supports application testing, deployment, maintenance, and evolution activities by correcting programming errors, responding to scope changes, and coding application enhancements.
Job Duties- Define systems engineering strategy aligned with organizational goals.
- Design and approve system architecture and integration standards.
- Evaluate emerging technologies for adoption.
- Lead and mentor systems engineering team members.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (development, operations, security).
- Manage resource allocation and team performance.
- Oversee deployment and configuration of enterprise systems.
- Ensure adherence to best practices and compliance standards.
- Implement security policies and monitor compliance.
- Ensure system reliability and disaster recovery readiness.
- Monitor system performance and optimize for efficiency.
- Prepare reports and metrics for leadership.
Minimum Qualifications- High School Diploma/GED
- 7 years related work experience
- Expertise in systems architecture and design for enterprise environments, with strong knowledge of Windows Server and Linux operating systems.
- Proficiency in virtualization and cloud platforms such as VMware, Hyper-V, AWS, and Azure, along with infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform and Ansible.
- Experience in automation and scripting using PowerShell, Python, and Bash, as well as networking fundamentals including DNS, TCP/IP, VLANs, and VPNs.
- Strong understanding of security and compliance practices, including identity management, zero-trust principles, and regulatory frameworks, plus familiarity with monitoring tools such as Nagios, SolarWinds, Prometheus, and Grafana.
- Knowledge of CI/CD integration for system deployments and disaster recovery/high availability solutions.

- Master’s Degree Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
