Full Job Description
We9re committed to enhancing the associate experience at GEICO, and we9re looking for a Manager, Site Management and Workplace Experience to support our delivery. As the Manager, Site Management, you9ll deliver critical projects to improve the associate experience while overseeing the day-to-day governance and operations of the office. You9ll develop business relationships at all levels of the company, creating partnerships with various departments to improve associate and community engagement across the office.
You will:
3 Partner with various departments to enhance the associate experience through onsite activations such as holidays luncheons, conferences, Community, Belonging and Engagement events, and other initiatives
3 Advocate for the various facility and security needs of the office, working as a liaison with IT, Facilities and security to ensure associates have proper equipment, furniture, food services, etc.
3 Collaborate with our Community, Belonging and Engagement team for community engagement while overseeing GEICO cares and relationships with the chamber of commerce and other local partners
3 Manage budgeting and data analysis to identify issues at our sites and crafting viable solutions to diagnosis them.

Required Skills and Experience:
3 2+ years of management experience
3 Relevant associate engagement experience
3 Project management experience and strong problem-solving skills
3 Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
3 Experience with Workday
3 Strong analytical skills
In office Requirement 4-5 days a week

Annual Salary
$109,675.00 - $172,200.00
The above annual salary range is a general guideline. Multiple factors are taken into consideration to arrive at the final hourly rate/ annual salary to be offered to the selected candidate. Factors include, but are not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the role, the selected candidate9s work experience, education and training, the work location as well as market and business considerations.
