Application Deadline: 08/09/2026 Address: 250 Yonge Street Job Family Group: Technology A Manager to lead our ServiceNow teams, overseeing both our ServiceNow development group and our asset management team. This role will be responsible for the delivery of ServiceNow solutions, collaborating closely with a Business Analyst who manages the development backlog. Additionally, the manager will oversee our CMDB and asset management team, ensuring proper governance of software and hardware assets, with weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting for audit and compliance purposes. The ideal candidate will drive process improvements, automation, and team growth across both areas, balancing technical expertise with leadership. They should have strong experience with ServiceNow, people management, and audit compliance. This role will serve as a key partner to the Business Analyst in driving business outcomes.  Qualification: Proven experience managing ServiceNow product, development teams and asset management processes. Intake and prioritization of work for all team members for all Service Now and Inventory Management related work. Strong understanding of CMDB, audit requirements, and asset governance. Leadership in process automation and continuous improvement. Inventory Management Monthly reporting to Management, including BMO. Leads Audit related activities. Experience coaching teams and fostering collaboration across roles. Removes obstacles and/or escalates appropriately, when required. Understands and advocates for the adoption of the Inventory Management Practices and the Service Now Platform. Works with stakeholders to bring complex issues, impacting multiple teams/platforms, to conclusion. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Salary: $75,900.00 - $141,900.00 Pay Type: Salaried The above represents AIR MILES’ pay range and type. Salaries will vary based on factors such as location, skills, experience, education, and qualifications for the role, and may include a commission structure. Salaries for part-time roles will be pro-rated based on number of hours regularly worked. For commission roles, the salary listed above represents AIR MILES’ expected target for the first year in this position. AIR MILES’ total compensation package will vary based on the pay type of the position and may include performance-based incentives, discretionary bonuses, as well as other perks and rewards.
