Full Job Description
As our Client Service Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day client service delivery for one or more health system relationships, ensuring operational performance, strong client partnership, and execution of key initiatives. Your daily responsibilities will be to translate client priorities into clear operational plans, coordinate cross-functional teams, and deliver data-driven insights that drive measurable improvements in quality, efficiency, and financial outcomes. To excel in this position, you should be a high-performing strategic leader with a focus on service delivery, possessing extensive experience in Revenue Cycle Management or Epic consulting. You will need to seamlessly integrate client needs with operational capabilities, ensuring both satisfaction and service excellence.

Here's What You Can Expect
  • Develop and deliver executive-ready presentations that provide clients with relevant updates, performance insights, and strategic recommendations.
  • Translate R1 strategy and day-to-day operational learnings into best practices that optimize performance and support transformation.
  • Lead analytics to clearly communicate overall performance, key trends, risks, barriers, and actionable opportunities to clients.
  • Proactively share metric performance and underlying drivers to support timely action planning and continuous improvement.
  • Serve as a change advocate by aligning stakeholders, building cross-functional partnerships, and advancing shared goals across the hospital organization.
  • Identify and prioritize initiatives that improve operational performance and strengthen client outcomes.
  • Partner with internal R1 customer operations teams to align objectives, assess performance, and develop remediation plans for identified risks.
  • Collaborate with R1 functional leaders on day-to-day operational decisions for assigned hospital relationships.
  • Focus on development, performance, and growth of the Revenue Cycle Team
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned


Qualifications

Education Level
Bachelor's - Equivalent experience will be considered in lieu of a degree

Experience Level
Minimum of 5 years of experience, including at least 3 years in a management role

For this US-based position, the base pay range is $65,000.00 - $116,747.20 per year . Individual pay is determined by role, level, location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

This job is eligible to participate in our annual bonus plan at a target of 10.00%
