Essential Responsibilities
• Collaborate with senior software engineers and other team members to design, implement, and maintain secure, scalable, and reliable software.
• Maintain existing codebase and collaborate with senior engineers to develop new features as business needs change.
• Work with senior software engineers to identify and implement new technologies and techniques that can improve our overall platform performance and ultimate customer experience.
• Work independently and know when to ask for help solving complex problems.
• Author technical design documentation in adherence to business and solution architecture requirements.
• Adhere to and ensure engineering best practices using modern SDLC that enables CI/CD and favors automation, auditability, automated testing, infrastructure, and policy as code.
• Troubleshoot and research common issues utilizing existing procedures and adapting as the situation requires.
• Develop and maintain relationships with diverse teams spanning all organizational levels to effectively articulate technology solution and gain trust and buy-in.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with other architects and engineers.

For this US-based position, the base pay range is $60,278.00 - $140,451.76 per year . Individual pay is determined by role, level, location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
This job is eligible to participate in our annual bonus plan at a target of 10.00%
