  • Drive the execution and enhancement of Initial Line Assignment strategies for the U.S. Consumer Credit Card portfolio, including prospect initial line, customer initial line, proactive line reallocation, and balance transfer programs
  • Enhance economic logic, optimization frameworks, and business rules to maximize returns and deliver strong credit performance
  • Partner closely with Decision Science teams as a key consumer of line models; support model evaluation through validation of outputs, performance monitoring, and identification of enhancement opportunities
  • Design and execute test-and-learn experiments to drive efficient lending growth while managing contingent liability and long-term volatility
  • Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Servicing teams to support line presentment, balance transfer initiatives, and Card Member engagement strategies
  • Contribute to the modernization of line management processes and tools in partnership with Technology and Decision Science teams
  • Monitor MIS and key performance metrics to identify risks and opportunities, and inform strategy refinement

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams

Preferred Qualifications
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Effective stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional partners
