HOW YOU WILL MAKE HISTORY HERE...

The Manager, Revenue Growth Management (RGM) Strategy - Category plays a critical role in turning RGM strategy into action. In this role, you will ensure category and brand teams have clear, analytically grounded recommendations that bring pricing, promotion, mix, and price pack architecture strategies to life through annual planning, innovation initiatives, and in-market execution.

As the day-to-day RGM partner for assigned brands and sub-category segments, you will collaborate closely with Brand, Customer Strategy, Sales, and Finance teams to ensure RGM levers are effectively and consistently applied to drive profitable growth. You will support category-level strategy development while leading execution, performance measurement, and ongoing optimization.

WHAT YOU WILL DO...
  • Support the development and execution of Revenue Growth Management strategies for assigned brands, platforms, and sub-category segments, ensuring alignment with broader category objectives.
  • Lead analytics and develop pricing and price pack architecture recommendations using consumer willingness-to-pay insights, price elasticity analysis, competitive intelligence, and margin objectives.
  • Partner with Customer Strategy and Sales teams to design promotional strategies, event recommendations, and trade investment guidance.
  • Support innovation and renovation initiatives by developing pricing recommendations, building financial scenarios, and conducting post-launch assessments.
  • Translate complex analytics and financial insights into clear, actionable recommendations for Brand, Category, Customer Strategy, and Sales teams.
  • Monitor and evaluate business performance through KPI reporting, post-event analyses, and pricing and trade effectiveness assessments.
  • Identify business risks and growth opportunities, providing recommendations to improve ROI and marketplace performance.
  • Contribute to Category RGM Councils and business reviews through the preparation of diagnostics, insights, and strategic recommendations.
  • Ensure pricing, promotion, mix, and trade levers work cohesively across assigned brands and categories to support enterprise growth objectives.
  • Balance multiple priorities across planning cycles, innovation timelines, and in-market performance initiatives while maintaining executional excellence.

Reporting to: Sr. Director, Revenue Growth Management Strategy - Snacks

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE... (MUST HAVE)
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 5+ years of Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) commercial experience in pricing, promotion, category management, customer strategy, finance, analytics, or related disciplines.
  • Experience developing and executing Revenue Growth Management recommendations for brands, categories, or sub-categories.
  • Strong analytical, strategic, and financial acumen with the ability to synthesize complex information into actionable business recommendations.
  • Proven ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and deliver results in a highly matrixed organization.
  • Experience balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution and business performance management.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a results-oriented mindset.


IT WOULD BE GREAT IF YOU HAVE... (NICE TO HAVE)
  • Direct experience working across pricing, promotion, mix optimization, and/or price pack architecture.
  • Experience supporting innovation pricing strategies, product launches, and post-launch performance assessments.
  • Working knowledge of syndicated data, elasticity modeling, trade analytics, and related analytical tools.
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills with the ability to simplify complex analyses for diverse audiences.
  • Experience coaching, mentoring, or developing junior analysts or team members.
  • Exposure to Revenue Growth Management frameworks within a large CPG organization.


Compensation and Benefits:

The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between
$110,600-$152,000

Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
