Full Job Description
The Opportunity:

Performs analysis of data to drive strategic business decisions on all measurable aspects of multimedia direct marketing campaigns to acquire, retain, up-sell, and cross-sell customers. Performs data mining and in depth analysis of customer databases. Creates measurements such as response analysis, ROI, campaign dashboard development, etc. to ensure continuous campaign and program improvement. Performs data mining and in depth analysis of customer databases to inform creation and maintenance of customer and prospect lists for marketing outreach and measurement. Provides measurements such as direct mail matchback, response analysis, and more to determine ROI.
The Manager, Revenue Marketing Analytics is responsible for driving data-driven decision making across marketing and revenue-generating functions. This role leads the

measurement, analysis, and optimization of marketing performance, customer engagement,

and revenue outcomes by transforming complex data into actionable business insights.

Working closely with Marketing, Sales, Digital, Product Management, and Finance teams, the

Manager will develop performance measurement frameworks, oversee marketing analytics

initiatives, and provide strategic recommendations that improve customer acquisition,

conversion, retention, and revenue growth.

What we're looking for

Required Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, Statistics, Economics, or related field.
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in marketing analytics, business intelligence, revenue operations, or related analytical roles.
  • Experience developing dashboards and reporting solutions using Adobe Customer Journey
  • Analytics, Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar platforms.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience interpreting large datasets.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience with SQL or similar data-querying tools.
  • Knowledge of marketing performance metrics, attribution models, and customer journey analytics.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.


Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, Google Analytics, Salesforce, Marketo, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
  • Experience supporting eCommerce, B2B marketing, or demand generation organizations.
  • Familiarity with experimentation, statistical analysis, and forecasting methodologies.
  • Experience managing or mentoring analysts.

    • Support forecasting, pipeline analysis, and revenue planning initiatives through data-driven recommendations.

  • Testing & Optimization
    • Lead measurement and analysis of A/B tests, personalization initiatives, and digital optimization programs.
    • Collaborate with Digital and Product teams to evaluate website performance and customer engagement strategies.
    • Recommend optimization opportunities based on analytics findings and business objectives.
    • Establish testing methodologies and measurement standards to ensure reliable results.

  • Cross-Functional Partnership
    • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Product Management, eCommerce, and Finance teams to align analytics efforts with business goals.
    • Serve as a trusted advisor by translating complex analytical findings into clear business recommendations.
    • Support strategic initiatives by providing performance insights, trend analyses, and predictive recommendations.
    • Present findings and recommendations to leadership and executive stakeholders.

  • Analytics Tools & Data Management
    • Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of marketing and revenue reporting.
    • Partner with data and technology teams to improve data accessibility, reporting capabilities, and measurement processes.
    • Leverage analytics and visualization tools to automate reporting and improve decision-making efficiency.
    • Maintain documentation of key metrics, reporting methodologies, and business definitions.
