Role

We are looking for a Manager - Quote to Order to join our team. This role based in San Jose, CA, or remote Canada, will be reporting to the Director, CRM Applications in the IT Business Applications department. We are looking for a dynamic and self-driven leader to manage and advance our Quote-to-Order function, driving operational excellence and continuous improvement across Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ) processes and systems. In this role, you will closely collaborate with Sales Operations, Deal Desk, Finance, Pricing and direct a team to shape scalable, reliable solutions that elevate the seller experience, strengthen revenue operations, and enable seamless quote-to-cash execution.

What you'll do (Role Expectations)

• Partner with business stakeholders to build a long-term strategy and systems roadmap supporting Quote-to-Order, proactively managing priorities and feature backlogs
• Prioritize and groom sprint backlogs to capture user requirements, provide application support, and drive enhancements on the Salesforce CPQ platform
• Align with go-to-market business leaders to understand growth strategies and optimize processes through experimentation, prototyping, and feature development
• Build, direct, mentor and coach team members to drive high performance, professional development, and operational excellence

What We're Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)

• Strong experience with Quote-to-Order processes, including NPI, CPQ operations and applying an architectural mindset when proposing solution designs
• Proven ability to lead operational support, business-critical enhancements, process improvements, and author business requirements and solution designs
• Success in managing product and sprint backlogs to ensure teams deliver high-priority projects with exceptional quality
• Demonstrated curiosity and active exploration of AI tools, with a proven history of integrating new technologies to enhance daily workflows and augment problem-solving
• 3+ years managing direct reports, including analysts, and QA engineers, with a proven track record of establishing quality standards
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment using Agile methodologies and strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

The base salary range listed for this full-time position excludes commission/ bonus/ equity (if applicable) + benefits.

Base Pay Range

$145,600-$182,000 USD
