The APP Education Office is seeking a
Manager, Program Management to provide strategic oversight and operational leadership for both the
APP Student and Fellowship Programs. This role is responsible for managing the full lifecycle of educational program delivery, including maintaining clinical rotation details within the student information system, coordinating learner placements, supporting preceptor recruitment and engagement, and leading special projects that advance program objectives and educational excellence.
Working within a highly matrixed environment, the Manager will collaborate with a diverse group of stakeholders to ensure program excellence, operational effectiveness, and strategic alignment. The successful candidate will also oversee budget management, fiscal year planning, program operations, and continuous process improvement initiatives. As a people leader, this individual will provide guidance, mentorship, and support to team members while fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture.
This position is ideal for a skilled program leader who thrives in a matrixed healthcare environment and is passionate about medical education. The successful candidate will bring expertise in program/project management, team leadership, along with the ability to balance strategic priorities and day to day operations. Based at our Brighton campus, this role offers a flexible hybrid work arrangement.
Summary:
The Program Manager - MMCP role is responsible for all operational aspects of the assigned program, including development, implementation, maintenance, and evaluation. Works with other teams and ensures that all tasks are completed in a timely manner and in coordination with the work teams. Oversees the work of additional staff if applicable.
Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in healthcare or relevant field required. Master's Degree preferred.
- License/Certifications: Licensure may be preferred or required based on setting.
- Experience: Three years of related healthcare work experience required.

Additional Information The pay range for this position is $77,147.20 to $104,353.60 per year.
Compensation for part-time positions is determined on a prorated basis consistent with the scheduled hours and applicable full-time equivalent (FTE).
