The Manager, Product Management, Design Solutions and Incident Management supports the Senior Manager in the delivery, sustainment, and continuous improvement of technology solutions and operational capabilities that enable Strategic Global AML and Compliance programs across Global Operations. The incumbent serves as a Product Owner and delivery leader for assigned platforms, products, and initiatives, partnering closely with Technology, AML Risk, AMA, Business Lines, PMO, and Operations teams to deliver business value and operational excellence as well as providing day-to-day support for incident management and operational activities

The Manager is responsible for translating business objectives into actionable product capabilities, supporting roadmap execution, managing operational sustainment activities, and ensuring successful implementation of enhancements, releases, and strategic initiatives. Through strong stakeholder engagement, data-driven decision making, and effective team leadership, the role contributes to the successful delivery and ongoing optimization of assigned products and services.

Is this role right for you? In this role, you will:

  • Support the Senior Manager in executing the product strategy, roadmap, and delivery priorities for assigned AML platforms and services.
  • Act as Product Owner for assigned capabilities, partnering with business and technology stakeholders to define requirements, prioritize enhancements, and deliver business value.
  • Lead the planning, execution, and sustainment of product initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives, regulatory requirements, and enterprise delivery standards. Coordinate end-to-end including business requirement signoffs to implementation activities, production validation, Hypercare support, defect management, and post-implementation monitoring to ensure solution stability and adoption.
  • Lead incident management and operational sustainment activities for assigned platforms, coordinating the resolution of production issues, driving root cause analysis, facilitating stakeholder communications, and ensuring timely restoration of services while minimizing business impact.
  • Develop business requirements, process designs, business cases, and supporting documentation to enable successful solution design and delivery outcomes while identifying risks and supporting mitigation strategies.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across AML Risk, Operations, Technology, Compliance, Audit, and Business Lines to resolve issues, manage dependencies, and support strategic initiatives.
  • Ensure adherence to governance, operational risk, regulatory compliance, AML/ATF, and data management requirements.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Product Owners and Analysts, fostering accountability, collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Contribute to the development and adoption of standards, templates, playbooks, and best practices that improve delivery effectiveness and operational excellence.


Do you have the skills that will enable you to succeed in this role? - We'd love to work with you if you have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business or a related field with 3-5 years of experience in the financial services industry preferably in a global / matrix organization in AML/ compliance / risk management, incident management, product management or similar
  • Familiarity with UX, Design Thinking, process design, and user-centered product development.
  • Knowledge of Business Intelligence reporting tools (e.g., PowerBI), ITSM tools (ServiceNow, a plus)
  • Knowledge of SQL (other programming languages like Python a strong asset) and project management tools like JIRA, Confluence
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate with technology partners and products throughout the entire Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to manage difficult conversations
  • Ability to build strong cross-functional business relationships
  • Results oriented with strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to implement complex processes including data management/migration efforts
  • Knowledge of Spanish language is an asset but not required
