Job Description:

As the Manager Process, systems & data, you will play an important role within the End-to-End enablement team. Operating at the T2 level, you will be responsible for capturing, curating and optimizing end to end processes in the R&D, Commercial, and Sustainability functions. You will analyze process and data flows across functions, identify decision logic and value algorithms and make recommendations for process improvements, simplification, standardization and automation, enabling seamless connectivity of end-to-end processes and systems inside and between functions.

What are we looking for?

Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Product development, Business Administration, Information Technology or a closely related field (or equivalent practical experience)
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in Product development, Procurement or project management offices (PMOs), digital governance frameworks, or complex system integration initiatives, preferably within a global FMCG, consumer goods, or highly matrixed organization
  • Proven experience or strong working knowledge of integrating digital tools and data systems across multiple business functions-specifically including R&D (e.g., product lifecycle management, formulation), Sustainability (e.g., carbon reporting, agricultural supply chain traceability), and Commercial (e.g., procurement, supplier qualification, forecasting) environments
  • Outstanding ability to map complex, end-to-end business workflows and identify opportunities to harmonize digital solutions across traditionally siloed departments
  • In-depth knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and traditional Waterfall methodologies, with a proven track record of adapting these frameworks to digital transformation and technology integration projects. User Experience (UX) design and improvement, process mining and task mining
  • Solid understanding of data privacy, IT compliance standards (such as GDPR, CCPA), and cybersecurity governance basics as they apply to enterprise-level digital portfolios
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to align diverse cross-functional teams and drive change
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities, with proven experience designing end-to-end workflows or systems
  • Demonstrated experience implementing change management initiatives that drive digital literacy and the adoption of new project tools and compliance standards across an organization


Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree or MBA
  • Professional project management and governance certifications (e.g., PMP, PgMP, PMI-ACP, SAFe, ITIL, or COBIT)
  • Prior experience managing digital integrations in the context of mergers, acquisitions, or major enterprise-wide digital system transformations

The base pay range for this position at commencement of employment is between the range listed below, however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position will include variable pay, medical and dental benefits, participation in 401k plan, and paid time off benefits. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an applicant receives an offer of employment.

The pay range shown is applicable to all US locations listed within the job posting:USD 101,120.00 - USD 139,040.00
