Position Summary...What you'll do...Role summary:The Manager, Process Improvement leads initiatives to enhance key business functions by analyzing performance data, identifying gaps, and developing sustainable solutions. This role partners with cross-functional teams to align strategies, simplify processes, and ensure effective change management. The position oversees Upstream projects, monitors program dashboards, and supports our program management via a learning management platform. The manager also supports stakeholder engagement, provides guidance on policies, and ensures compliance while fostering accountability and operational excellence across the organization. This role is critical in advancing business goals through strategic process development and execution.

- Monitor program performance against metrics, addressing post-implementation issues and recommending resolutions.
- Support development of long-term strategies through benchmarking, modeling, and industry best practices.

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $155,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
