Your role:The Manager, Pricing Strategy will be responsible for developing and implementing pricing strategies for spare parts and services across the globe, leveraging a strong understanding of value-based accounting principles. This role requires a unique blend of analytical, business acumen, and collaboration skills to drive revenue growth and profitability.
What you'll be doing: Strategic Pricing Development
- Develop and implement pricing strategies for spare parts and services, aligned with company goals and objectives
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform pricing decisions and develop total cost of ownership models
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product management, to ensure pricing strategies are aligned with business objectives
Value-Based Accounting (VBA) Expertise
- Apply VBA principles to drive pricing decisions, ensuring alignment with company financial goals
- Develop and maintain pricing models that accurately reflect the value of spare parts and services
- Analyze and interpret financial data to inform pricing decisions
Analytical and Data-Driven Insights
- Develop and maintain pricing dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Analyze sales data, customer behavior, and market trends to identify pricing opportunities
- Provide data-driven insights to inform pricing decisions and drive revenue growth
Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and product management, to ensure pricing strategies are aligned with business objectives
- Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including customers and suppliers
- Communicate pricing strategies and results to senior leadership and other stakeholders
Process Improvement
- Identify opportunities to improve pricing processes and workflows
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process changes
What you'll bring:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in pricing, finance, or a related field
- Strong understanding of value-based accounting principles and their application in pricing decisions
- Proven analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret complex data and drive insights
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with ability to present complex information to senior leadership and other stakeholders
- Strong business acumen and understanding of global markets and competitors
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and ability to learn new tools and technologies
- Certification in pricing or finance, such as CPM or CFA preferred
- Experience working in a global organization, with knowledge of international markets and competitors
- Familiarity with pricing software and tools, such as pricing analytics platforms

The estimated base salary for this position is $112,000 to $154,000 annually. The estimated range is meant to reflect an anticipated salary range for the position. We may pay more or less than of the anticipated range based upon market data and other factors, all of which are subject to change. Individual pay is based on upon location, skills and expertise, experience, and other relevant factors.
