What is the opportunity?

We are seeking an analytical and detail-oriented Manager to join our COO Group in a newly created Reporting and Analysis role.

This position is essential for developing comprehensive management reports and interactive dashboards that support strategic decision-making across the organization. The incumbent will lead data gathering, extraction, transformation, and visualization initiatives, partnering closely with various business units to deliver actionable insights and enhance data-driven decision making capabilities.

What will you do?
  • Management Reporting & Dashboard Development: Design, develop, and maintain comprehensive management reports and interactive dashboards to support COO Group strategic initiatives, operational performance monitoring, and executive decision-making processes
  • Data Strategy & Architecture Planning: Lead the development of data collection strategies and reporting frameworks, establishing data governance standards, quality controls, and automated reporting processes to ensure accuracy and timeliness of management information
  • Data Extraction & ETL Process Management: Execute complex data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes from multiple source systems, ensuring data integrity, consistency, and accessibility across various reporting platforms and business intelligence tools
  • Analytics & Data Visualization: Create compelling data visualizations and analytical insights using advanced analytics tools, translating complex datasets into clear, actionable business intelligence for senior leadership and stakeholder consumption
  • Cross-Functional Partnership & Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with business units, IT teams, and stakeholders to identify reporting requirements, gather business intelligence needs, and translate functional requirements into technical specifications and reporting solutions
  • Process Improvement & Automation: Drive continuous improvement initiatives to streamline reporting processes, implement automation solutions, and enhance operational efficiency while reducing manual effort and improving data accuracy
  • Quality Assurance & Data Validation: Establish and maintain robust quality assurance frameworks for all reporting deliverables, including data validation procedures, error detection protocols, and remediation processes to ensure report accuracy and reliability
  • Technology Innovation & Tool Optimization: Evaluate, implement, and optimize business intelligence tools and reporting technologies, staying current with industry best practices and recommending system enhancements to support evolving business needs


What do you need to succeed?

Must-have:

Education & Certifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or management reporting


Technical Skills
  • Proficiency in advanced Excel, SQL, and database management systems
  • Experience with business intelligence tools (Tableau, Power BI, QlikSense, or similar platforms)
  • Strong knowledge of data visualization principles and dashboard design best practices
  • Familiarity with programming languages (Python, R, SAS) and statistical analysis tools

Leadership & Communication
  • Proven project management experience with ability to manage multiple reporting initiatives simultaneously
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to present complex data insights to senior audiences
  • Experience working in cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder relationships


Nice-to-have:
  • Experience in financial services or banking industry reporting requirements
  • Knowledge of regulatory reporting frameworks and compliance requirements
  • Certification in data analytics (Certified Analytics Professional) or project management (PMP)
  • Experience with cloud-based analytics platforms and data warehousing solutions
