  • Assist with payroll documentation for reimbursable employees
  • Document and implement operational policies for the team

Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • New assets - responsible for all items to onboard new asset including but not limited to: Preparing Property Desk Manual, utilities, property documents, accounting (coordinate with accounting team), lease abstracts, tenants, vendor contracts, building security, signage, etc.
  • Terminated accounts - Ensure all items are changed over and vendors/tenants are notified of change.
  • Partner with support teams on completion of transition or termination checklists and delegation of individual responsibilities.
  • Provide leadership and train team members.
  • Manage the market accounts receivable report and ensure collections are keeping within guidelines.
  • Track, review and manage the Quality Assurance Review (QAR) process to ensure timely submission.
  • Track metrices and follow up with team members to ensure compliance.
  • Prepare payroll forms for reimbursable employees.
  • Document and implement operating policies and procedures for team members.
  • Assists with ad hoc projects and complete other regular duties or projects as directed or assigned.

Knowledge / Skills / Ability:
  • Transition or high level property management experience in the commercial property management industry preferred
  • Experience supporting third-party management transitions in multifamily is highly valued.
  • YARDI, MRI, Nexus or Avid Property Management software is highly preferred
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Accounting experience a plus
  • Strong critical thinking, decision-making, analytical, and creative problem-solving skills
  • Ability to adapt and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Excellent written and verbal business communication

The work location for this position is in person.
