What we're looking

The Manager will manage the daily operations of the assigned department or function to ensure alignment with departmental and organizational objectives.

How you'll contribute

To perform this job, an individual must perform each essential function satisfactorily with or without a reasonable accommodation.
  • Assist with developing specific departmental goals, standards, and objectives which directly support the strategic plan and vision of the organization.
  • Manage staff relations including performance management, staff satisfaction, and conflict management. Performs and oversees scheduling, staff development, recruitment, payroll, and student engagements.
  • Monitor departmental budgets, regulatory compliance, departmental contracts, and vendor relations.
  • Determine and justify needs for systems/equipment/supplies purchases, monitors usage, and oversees proper working order and/or stock supplies.
  • Create and foster an environment that encourages professional growth.
  • Ensure department stays focused on their important role in the continuum of care.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Supervisory Responsibilities:
  • Manage the work of others, including planning, assigning, scheduling and reviewing work, ensures quality standards.
  • Responsible for hiring, terminating, training and developing, reviewing performance and administering corrective action for staff.
