Job DescriptionWhat is the opportunity?A member of Sales Enablement, Manager Proactive Advice Culture (PAC) and Client Advice Experience (CAE) is a PAC Ambassador and Champion, responsible for the delivery and development of PAC and CAE content through onboarding, skill builds, as well as through certification and development program content curation, presentation materials, and enhanced skills training for Insurance Professionals and Leaders across RBCI as well as for external clients throughout the Insurance Industry.
What will you do?- Design, develop, and deliver training solutions: Create content for onboarding and ongoing training programs, ensure accuracy through stakeholder collaboration, facilitate PAC training (in-person/virtual), and leverage deep expertise in S&D roles within proprietary and non-proprietary distribution channels to tailor effective learning experiences
- Effectively communicate and reinforce National Office and Channel strategic direction and organizational values and how PAC supports initiatives
- Support leaders in meeting PAC Certification Level program goals through collaboration and monitoring reporting and trends
- Ensures that all on-boarding, training, coaching and messaging incorporates the CAE skills and behaviors and PAC tenets
- Facilitate PAC training delivery and curriculum development: Facilitate, train, and present PAC training (in-person/virtual), design learning curriculums aligned with regulatory guidelines (e.g., Fair Treatment of Consumers
What do you need to succeed?Must-have- Demonstrated Leadership Model Behaviors: Proven ability to embody and apply core leadership principles in professional settings
- 5+ years of professional experience in the insurance industry, with a strong track record of expertise and impact
- Active LLQP license
- Excellent partnering skills, strong communication and presence to work with key stakeholders, partners and executives across various LOBs
- Proven experience in onboarding and training new employees, coupled with strong organizational awareness and business acumen to drive effective talent integration and strategic alignment
- Experience in delivering in-person and virtual presentations and facilitation
- Strong consulting, project management; critical thinking, problem solving and analytical skills.

Pay RangeThe expected pay range for this position is:
$67,000.00 - $110,000.00
