Job Description:

  • Leads the design, implementation, and evaluation of leadership and team member development programs that align with organizational values, goals, and best practices.
  • Manages core learning and development initiatives such as onboarding, leadership bootcamps, performance management training, and culture-driven programming.
  • Partners with stakeholders across human resources, clinical education, and operations to assess needs, develop training strategies, and support successful rollout of key initiatives.
  • Supports change management efforts by facilitating workshops, coaching leaders, and ensuring consistent application of change principles across assigned projects.
  • Conducts training needs assessments, analyzes development gaps, and provides recommendations to enhance workforce capabilities and support strategic objectives.
  • Develops measurement tools and evaluates the effectiveness of training and development efforts, including impact on retention, engagement, and organizational KPIs.
  • Collaborates across teams to ensure integration of learning solutions that contribute to personal and professional growth, while supporting organizational transformation goals.
  • Maintains up-to-date knowledge of learning and development trends, incorporating current research and innovations into training strategies and curriculum design.
  • Provides input into the planning and prioritization of projects to ensure timely and effective delivery of programs that support employee experience and talent development.
