Job Title: Manager, Operational Finance and Analytics

Annual Salary: $125,000 Range ($125,000 -$135,000 year)
Job Duties:Serve as owner of operational KPIs by defining metrics, ensuring data integrity, and maintaining a unified
reporting framework. Work with the COO to evaluate operational processes using data and performance
modeling. Develop business cases for operational changes and quantify impacts on efficiency, cost,
capacity, and revenue. Collaborate with Finance to link operational data to forecasting, capacity planning,
and revenue analysis. Translate operational issues into structured problems, create analytic frameworks,
and provide databased recommendations. Conduct rootcause analyses and implement datadriven
solutions. Partner with data, product, and engineering teams to ensure data quality, accurate metric
definitions, and reliable reporting systems. Establish processes for reporting and analytics.
Education Requirements:Bachelor's degree, or the foreign equivalent, in finance, economics, or related field.
Experience Requirements:- 5 years of experience in finance, strategy consulting, or a related role.
- 5 years of experience in quantitative and financial analysis, forecasting, and US GAAP principles
- 3 years of experience with the following (which may have been gained concurrently):
- Salesforce
- Rippling
- Cube
- Sage Intacct
- Tableau
