  • Champion a culture of continuous improvement across the health system by serving as the primary expert and educator on regulatory standards and evolving safety protocols.

What minimum requirements you'll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

  • Preferred Credential(s):
  • Quality Professional.
  • Registered Nurse credentialed from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing. Licensure from the Wisconsin
    Board of Nursing OR current home state license if considered multi-state/Compact State.
  • Rehab Therapist specializing in Occupational Therapy (OTR) credentialed from the Wisconsin Medical Examining Board.
  • Rehab Therapist specializing in Physical Therapy (RPT) credentialed from the Wisconsin Physical
    Therapy Examining Board.
  • Risk Management.


Education:

  • High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 2 years of cumulative experience OR 7 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
  • 3 years of leadership or management experience preferred.

What additional preferences we're seeking

  • Day Shift, Monday through Friday, hours are typically 7:30 - 8:00 am to 4:30 - 5:00 pm some extended hours required during significant regulatory activity.
  • Successful candidate will have 3-5 years of progressive experience in healthcare with a background that speaks to leadership/leadership potential, Quality/PI, and regulatory alignment.
