Full Job Description
As a Manager, New Business Insights, you will support the business development team through reporting, CRM data quality, pricing and forecasting support, and operational analysis. This role is well suited to someone who is detail-oriented, comfortable working with data and business files, and able to translate information into clear updates that support decision-making and RFP execution.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

Business Development Reporting, CRM and Market Insights

  • Build and maintain business development reports that support pipeline activity, CRM data quality, KPI tracking, pricing inputs, forecasting, and monthly department updates.


  • Support new business opportunity identification through market scans, competitive research, pipeline research, and targeting plan support.


  • Organize customer feedback, win/loss learnings, and RFP post-mortem inputs to support continuous improvement.


RFP Pricing and Operational Support

  • Coordinate cross-functional inputs for RFPs, including pricing information, operational assumptions, staffing considerations, and subject matter expert feedback.


  • Maintain pricing, forecasting, and financial support materials, including templates, assumptions, updates, and supporting files.


  • Support RFP work-back plans, operational workflow documentation, and handover materials for new business opportunities.


  • Perform other related duties as assigned.


Experience and Education:

  • Degree or diploma in science, biotechnology, business, commerce, healthcare, or a related field preferred.


  • Experience in the pharmaceutical, healthcare, commercial operations, reporting, pricing, or sales support environment is an asset.


  • Three to four years of experience in specialty pharmaceutical services, commercial operations, analytics, pricing support, reporting, or business development support.


Skills, Knowledge and Abilities

  • Basic knowledge of the specialty pharmaceutical industry.


  • Strong business and financial acumen.


  • Comfortable supporting pricing, forecasting, CRM reporting, Excel-based analysis, and operational reporting.


  • Ability to analyze information, organize key takeaways, and communicate practical outcomes clearly.


  • Strong operational discipline, structured file management, attention to detail, and data reporting skills.


  • Working knowledge of Salesforce CRM, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; strong Excel discipline is a key requirement.
