Title: Manager, Media Solutions

Position Summary

The Manager, Media Solutions is a key contributor to maximizing our commercial opportunities in the digital and media asset spaces. This nimble player will help drive, develop, and realize the roadmap of media solutions developed by the broader Commercial Strategy team and Media Solutions group.

This role will take responsibility for transitioning major media solutions initiatives from planning & sales into readiness & execution.

This role reports to the Sr. Manager of Commercial Operations & Media Solutions, within the Commercial Strategy USOPP team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the commercialization of assets in the digital ecosystem for LA28 and Team USA, across social, web, app, email, and more


  • Identify assets and manage Branded- and Sponsored-content integrations, packaging, and go-to-market strategy and sales materials


  • Navigate external relationships with stakeholders to ensure campaign planning & follow-through


  • Contribute to the successful completion of the LA28 Out of Home Advertising Program


  • Maintain awareness of agreements with operators


  • Coordinate internal parties to support Partners with execution planning


  • Support the relationships with venues with inventory inclusions


  • Track and manage LA28 contractual obligations


  • Support the sales process and execution of the Paralympic Exposure & Signage program


  • Assist with implementation processes across internal stakeholders


  • Identify, assess, and commercialize new media opportunities to bring to LA28/Team USA Partners


  • Business operations and administration to support the management of the commercial team, including cross-functional coordination with finance, legal, and other internal functional areas


Background and Requirements
  • Bachelors degree preferred, or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum 5+ years direct experience in sports business/marketing, media/advertising
  • Demonstrated background of working with digital marketing agencies, from the buying or selling side
  • Experience dealing with Sales, Creative, and Partnerships teams
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and able to track/manage multiple commercial agreements
  • Strong operational and program execution skills required


PhysicalRequirementsand Working Conditions

  • Available to work onsite in our Downtown Los Angeles-based office.
  • The majority of work will be conducted in an office setting, requiring extended periods of time using computers, phones, and other office equipment.


  • The LA28 office is an open floorplan working environment; employees must be able to work efficiently in an open cubicle environment.


  • Hours of work may vary, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, especially during peak event periods.


  • Perform other duties as required; the role will evolve over time and may include operational responsibilities during the Olympic and Paralympic Games.

The annual base salary range for this position is $88,000 - $115,000. The pay scale provided is the range that LA28 reasonably expects to pay as starting base compensation for this role. All LA28 compensation remains subject to final determination based on individual candidate qualifications, experience, or other reasonable criteria consistent with LA28's operational business needs and applicable law.

LA28 does not provide relocation assistance.
