What you'll be doing

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Measurement and Insights, the Manager, Media Analytics & BI Enablement will be responsible for driving advanced data analysis and strategic insights to support Marketing and Media’s digital and direct organizations. This is asenior individual contributor role (not a people manager position), focused on leveraging complex media and marketing data to inform business decisions, optimize performance, and ensure data integrity across platforms.

You bring 3+ years of progressive experience in enterprise-level Media Data Analysis, ETL processes, and data visualization, with a demonstrated ability to independently interpret complex datasets and drive actionable insights. You have advanced expertise working with media data and are highly skilled in using Adobe Analytics and paid media platform data to identify trends, diagnose issues, and recommend optimizations. Proficiency with tools such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud Intelligence (Datorama), Alteryx, Tableau, Power BI, SQL, or similar platforms for data aggregation and visualization is required, though your primary strength lies in analytical thinking and the strategic application of data to influence business outcomes.

You are comfortable challenging assumptions, synthesizing data from multiple sources, and communicating clear, data-driven recommendations to senior stakeholders. Strong working knowledge of media reporting and analytics is required.

How you’ll succeed

  • Advanced Business and Systems Expertise: Act as a subject matter expert in data analysis, visualization, and aggregation tools, with deep proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud Intelligence (Datorama), or similar such Alteryx, Tableau, PowerBI.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert in data analysis and visualization, with specialized expertise in Adobe Analytics. You will leverage these tools not only for data preparation and visualization but also to extract actionable insights that inform strategic decisions.
  • Very strong working knowledge of media reporting and analytics is required, including a deep knowledge of Paid Media, a deep understanding of how media tagging and Adobe tagging work, as well as best practices for tagging implementation. This expertise is essential for accurately tracking, attributing, and optimizing digital media performance, ensuring data integrity, and enabling actionable insights across paid media and digital platforms.
  • Media and Media Reporting Leadership: Exhibit advanced expertise in media and media reporting, with a comprehensive understanding of paid media data, metrics, and reporting practices. Your ability to “double-click” into platform data enables you to uncover opportunities, diagnose issues, and drive continuous optimization.
  • Strategic Business Acumen: Demonstrate strong business acumen by connecting the dots across multiple data sources, deliverables, and business objectives. You excel at translating complex data into clear, actionable recommendations that support strategic marketing and media decisions.
  • Independent Analytical Thinking: Approach data with a critical and curious mindset, proactively identifying trends, patterns, and anomalies. You independently formulate hypotheses, validate findings, and present well-reasoned conclusions to influence business outcomes.

Who you are

  • Seasoned Media Data Analyst: You bring 3+ years of progressive experience in enterprise-level data analysis, ETL processes, and visualization, with a strong track record of independently interpreting and leveraging media and marketing data to drive business results.
  • Platform Expert: You possess advanced working knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud Intelligence (Datorama), Adobe Analytics, and media reporting platforms, with the ability to analyze data at a granular level to inform optimization and strategic decisions.
  • Preferred (Not Essential): Experience with Power BI, Databricks, or other advanced ETL/data visualization tools.
  • Detail-Oriented Problem Solver: You have a keen eye for detail, consistently spotting nuances and asking the critical questions that lead to meaningful insights and better outcomes.
