Manager - MDT Forensics

Location: Lake City, Alachua County & Marion County, FL

Salary Range: $78,183 - $83,538 | Full-Time

About the Role

In this leadership role, you will oversee a dynamic, multidisciplinary team-including clinicians, peer specialists, care coordinators, and medical providers, working together to support individuals at risk of justice system involvement.

You'll drive program strategy, ensure high-quality service delivery, and build strong partnerships with courts, community agencies, and stakeholders. Your leadership will directly impact outcomes such as reduced recidivism, increased access to care, and long-term recovery success.

What You Will Do:

  • Lead and supervise a multidisciplinary team delivering wraparound, diversion-focused services
  • Oversee program operations, including planning, implementation, and performance outcomes
  • Monitor key metrics such as jail diversion, recidivism reduction, and client independence
  • Ensure compliance with contracts, regulatory standards, and documentation requirements
  • Manage budgets, forecasting, and fiscal accountability for program success
  • Support quality improvement initiatives and drive continuous program enhancement
  • Build and maintain partnerships with courts, community providers, and stakeholders
  • Contribute to grant reporting, program development, and strategic planning efforts
  • Mentor and support staff development, engagement, and retention
