--What will your typical day look like?You will have the opportunity to work on various projects, advising clients on effectively managing their real estate lease portfolio and focusing on reducing occupancy costs across their portfolio through lease audit services. You will leverage advanced, technology-enabled solution to drive efficiency on client projects.
As part of our Infrastructure and Real Estate team, you will have the following responsibilities, including but not necessarily limited to:
- Perform and review lease abstraction for clients' operational and accounting needs
- Conduct lease audits and desktop audits
- Perform landlord payment processing and/or tenant revenue processing
- Lead projects and communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
- Address complex issues with innovative solutions, prioritize tasks, manage multiple ongoing projects, and navigate ambiguous situations
- Prepare client-facing presentation materials
- Training, mentoring, and overseeing less experienced professionals

Optimizing the return, as well as the outcomes, throughout the life cycle of an asset takes a highly skilled and experienced team of specialists. Our Infrastructure and Real Estate team offers an end-to-end service for investors, developers, and operators in both the public and private sectors throughout the entire lifespan of an asset. Through years of experience working on some of the world's largest and most complex projects and transactions, our global network combines preeminent best practices with market-leading expertise, resulting in an in-depth knowledge of local markets and the range of infrastructure asset types.
Enough about us, let's talk about you- At least 5 years of experience in real estate, lease administration, or lease management, involving complex real estate leases and operations
- Bachelor's degree in real estate, finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field
- Proficiency in performing and reviewing of lease abstraction
- Proficiency in the development and execution of lease audits and desktop audits
- Experience in landlord payment processing and/or tenant revenue processing
- Proficiency with leading lease management systems such as IBM TRIRIGA, Planon, Manhattan, Service NOW WSD, Nuvolo, Archibus, Costar, Lucernex, Manhattan One, Yardi, MRI ProLease
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
- Ability to manage multiple projects with multiple stakeholders and tight deadlines
- Excellent time management, problem-solving, analytical and problem-solving skill
- Proficient interpersonal, probing, listening, and positioning skills
- Experience in managed services and or professional services is preferred
- Experience in leverage AI to perform abstraction/lease administration is preferred
- Positions based in Quebec: Bilingualism in French and English is required for this position due to the nature of the role having interactions with National & Global clients and project teams.
Total RewardsThe salary range for this position is $86,000 - $144,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
