Department Overview

As part of Operations Support Services within Enterprise Operations Enablement, the Knowledge Management (KM) team serves as a Centre of Excellence (CoE) for content management. It supports IGM Operations and collaborates with other divisions to establish best practices and governance frameworks for knowledge and content management.

The KM domain is becoming increasingly sophisticated, driven by evolving AI capabilities and advancements in content management platforms. These technologies support all phases of content governance, including curation, editing, approval and monitoring, while enhancing functionality and strategy.

Position Overview

The successful candidate will support the design, implementation and continuous improvement of the Operations content management and AI search platforms. This role is responsible for translating business requirements into platform solutions, supporting deployment and release activities, managing content lifecycle workflows, and delivering engagement and performance reporting.

The successful candidate will play a key role in advancing our knowledge and content management strategy by enhancing search relevance, enabling data-driven insights, driving platform adoption, and fostering a culture of knowledge sharing.

Responsibilities

Search Engine (Coveo) and Content Management System (CMS - SharePoint) Management
Maintenance: Monitor, troubleshoot and enhance Coveo and CMS platforms to ensure reliable performance.
Improvement: Improve search and content platforms through relevance tuning, query pipeline optimization and metadata configuration.
Release implementation: Support delivery of AI search and CMS releases, integrations and feature improvements that support the content lifecycle.
Data analysis and reporting: Develop Power BI dashboards and distribute insights reporting on search performance, content engagement and user behaviour to guide improvements.
Collaboration: Work with business partners, developers and product owners to improve content, search and platform outcomes.
Training and support: Deliver training and user support for the CMS and AI search platforms, ensuring teams can efficiently gain insights to manage their knowledge assets.
Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of Coveo configurations, CMS workflows, deployment processes and best practices.
Compliance and security: Ensure adherence to security protocols, privacy requirements, and regulatory standards.

Consultation Expertise
• Provide business guidance on knowledge management, AI-powered search and CMS strategy.
• Represent KM on cross-functional committees and working groups to offer insight on content engagement, AI search and platform strategies.
• Lead KM initiatives that capture tacit knowledge and promote enterprise knowledge sharing.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in information technology, knowledge management, data analytics or a related field.
• Five or more years of CMS experience, including publishing workflows and governance.
• Experience with AI-powered search, including Coveo configuration, relevance tuning, integrations, APIs, analytics and machine learning models.
• Proficiency in Power BI, web publishing standards and common web technologies.
• Understanding machine learning and natural language processing for search and content personalization.
• Strong analytical skills in content performance and user behavior analysis.
• Strong communication skills, including translating technical concepts into user-friendly content.
• Salesforce integration experience is an asset.

The expected annual base salary range for this role is $73,000 - $95,000, which is determined based on skills, knowledge and experience and geographic location. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for annual short-term incentive, health and well-being benefits, retirement and savings plan, paid time off and career development.
