Job DescriptionWhat is the opportunity?The Fund Administration Initiatives team identifies and automates high-risk manual processes and implements operational efficiencies across key functions including Fund Accounting, AIS, Pricing, Tax Reporting, and Financial Reporting. This role offers high visibility with senior leadership and the opportunity to drive meaningful operational transformation through process optimization, AI implementation, and emerging technology adoption. You will work as a close partner to our Data and Digital team to translate operational insights into scalable digital solutions.
What will you do?- Lead the identification, prioritization, and execution of process automation and efficiency initiatives across Fund Administration operations
- Work collaboratively with Fund Accounting, AIS, Pricing, Tax Reporting, and Financial Reporting teams to understand pain points and develop solutions
- Partner closely with the Data and Digital team to design, scope, and implement technology-driven solutions
- Drive AI rollout efforts, working with operational and Data & Digital teams to identify and evaluate AI use cases and implementation opportunities
- Evaluate and implement emerging technologies that enhance operational efficiency and service delivery
- Manage multiple concurrent projects while maintaining focus on high-value, high-impact initiatives
- Lead change management activities to ensure smooth adoption of new processes and technologies
- Communicate project progress, findings, and recommendations to senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications in collaboration with Data and Digital partners
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure alignment with business objectives
- Foster collaborative relationships across teams and functions to support initiative success
What do you need to succeed?Must-have:- 5+ years of operations experience in financial services, ideally in asset servicing or investment management
- Demonstrated experience with project management and/or change management
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Tech-savvy with ability to easily learn new technologies
- Self-starter mindset with high motivation and initiative
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders
- Demonstrated leadership potential with ability to influence without direct authority
Nice-to-have:- Consulting background or Big 4 experience (Deloitte, PwC, EY, KPMG)
- Experience with AI or emerging technology implementation
- Knowledge of fund administration systems and processes
- Project management certification (PMP)
- Change management certification
- Background in regulatory compliance or risk management within financial services
- Experience collaborating with data science or technology teams

Pay RangeThe expected pay range for this position is:
$67,000.00 - $110,000.00
