Full Job Description
Primary Purpose

The role will be accountable for the hands-on execution and day-to-day operational rigor of Project Catalyst, ADUSA's multi-year SAP S/4HANA enterprise transformation program. This role drives integrated workstream delivery across internal teams, business stakeholders, and external partners ensuring milestones are met, risks are managed, and program momentum is sustained from design through deployment. The Senior Manager, PMO serves as a critical connective layer between strategic program direction and on-the-ground execution, translating governance decisions into coordinated delivery action across a complex, multi-vendor program environment. This role will work closely across IT and business leaders and will lead a team of 8-10 project managers and scrum masters (external). The project budget is $300M-$400M.

Our flexible/ hybrid work schedule includes 3 in-person days at one of our core locations and 2 remote days. Our core office locations include Salisbury, NC , Chicago, IL, Quincy, MA, Carlisle, PA, Scarborough, ME, Hyattsville, MD and Mauldin, SC.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Plan, organize and drive execution across all Tech workstreams on the transformation program from inception to delivery by prioritizing, analyzing, designing and deploying appropriate solutions
  • Partner closely with System Integrator (SI) project managers and functional leads to coordinate joint delivery activities, track contractual commitments, and hold external teams accountable to agreed deliverables and quality standards.
  • Apply structured program delivery disciplines (waterfall, agile, and hybrid) appropriate to the workstream context, including sprint planning, milestone tracking, dependency management, and integrated change control.
  • Proactively identify, escalate, and drive resolution of risks and issues across workstreams; maintain a rigorous RAID log and ensure senior leadership has timely, accurate visibility into program health.
  • Build and manage integrated resource plans across internal and external delivery teams, coordinating with resource managers to track capacity, utilization, and capitalization posture.
  • Develop and execute targeted communication plans for varied stakeholder audiences, from working-team status updates to executive-level program reporting and steering committee materials.
  • Anchor program governance rhythms including weekly delivery syncs, monthly operating reviews, and quarterly business reviews in partnership with the Enterprise Architecture and VMO functions.
  • Monitor program health through defined OKRs, KPIs, and financial metrics; track performance against program budget, vendor contracts, and strategic investment guidance.
  • Champion organizational readiness by partnering with Change Management on adoption planning, training coordination, and stakeholder engagement tied to go-live milestones.
  • Lead and develop a team of project managers and scrum masters embedded across Project Catalyst workstreams.
  • Additional responsibilities may be assigned as the program evolves to meet business needs.


Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Technology/Business or related equivalent experience; MBA or Masters Degree in Technology and/or Business related field; equivalent trainings/certifications/experience equivalency preferred.
  • 8 or more years of equivalent experience in Management Consulting / Complex IT Portfolio Management, IT Strategy & Transformation or relevant job or field of technology.
  • 5 or more years of equivalent experience in an advanced role or technical capacity, leading teams directly or indirectly, 5 or more years' experience directly responsible for guiding, training or onboarding team members in relevant technologies, capabilities or skills.
  • Proven experience overseeing, developing and implementing ERP transformation programs and projects.
  • Proven stakeholder management skills
  • Competency in project management tools
  • Key Skills: Excellent communication skills, Strong conflict resolution skills, Deep knowledge of project management principles, Maintain a constant risk management mindset


Preferred Qualifications
  • Post graduate degree advanced training and or certifications in relevant field/s of study preferred
  • 5 or more years experience in Agile teams and Product/Platform based operating model.
  • 5 or more years experience in leading teams or advancing technical capability in teams.
  • Experience in retail or grocery preferred.
  • Scrum master and/or release train engineer certification or relevant experience
  • Solid understanding of and demonstrated ability to apply Agile methodologies


ME/NC/PA/SC Salary Range: $120,960 - $181,440

IL/MA/MD/NY Salary Range: $139,120 - $208,680
Actual compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on their unique qualifications and experience, internal equity, and market conditions. Final compensation decisions will be made in accordance with company policies and applicable laws.
