Responsibilities

TheProgram Manageris responsible forensuring the successful deliveryofrequired products,servicesand intelligence solutions to government customers. This role requiresexpertisein program management,a solid understandingoftherange of functions to achieve themissionwithat least10 years ofexperienceworkinginthe Intelligence Community.This rolewill oversee all aspects of programmanagement/execution, including planning, resource allocation, stakeholder engagement, and performance.

TheProgram Manageris responsible for, but not limited to:

Program Leadership

  • Lead successful technical, schedule, and cost performance of a major program, or multiple programs, through subordinate program/project managers,in accordance withcontract requirements and company policies, procedures and guidelines.
  • Acquirefollow-on business associated with areas of responsibility and support new business development, to include on contract growth.
  • Lead the programportfolio, ensuring alignment with customerobjectivesand mission requirements.
  • Develop and execute program plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and risk management.
  • Ensure compliance with government policies, standards, and security requirements.
  • Manageandis responsible forall phases of program(s)budget.
  • Monitor contracts, subcontracts, and funding; prepareand manageforecasts for program financial performance.
Qualifications

RequiredQualifications:

  • Minimum of aBachelor27sDegree 6preferablyin a relevant field(e.g., Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Intelligence Studies, etc.).
  • Minimum of12years of applicable progressiveprogram managementexperience, includingpersonnelmanagement experience,preferably in government or defense-related programs.
  • Minimum of 10years97experienceworkingin the Intelligence Community.
  • Understanding ofhuman intelligence functions to fulfillthe program27s mission.
  • Experience with advanced analytics, machine learning, and data integration methodologies.
  • Proficiencyin program management tools and techniques, including Agile frameworks (e.g.,SAFe).
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong people management, customer relationship management, and mission success experience.
  • Ability to build and lead high performing teams across functional and customer entities.
  • This Positionrequiresan Active TS/SCI and the ability to obtain a CI Poly, US Citizenship isrequiredto hold this clearance.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master27s degree in a relevant field.
  • Desire 20+ years of relevant work experience.
  • Experience with advanced analytics, machine learning, and data integration methodologies
  • Experiencewith government data standards and policies (e.g., IC, DoD).
  • Certifications in program management (e.g., PMP,SAFeAgile, ITIL).
  • Experience working in the customer environment is preferred.
Target Salary Range$176,000 - $282,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual27s experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
