Job Description

Partner closely with Hotel Lifecycle and Growth (HLG) leadership to incubate and improve business processes. Provide and oversee all Openings related administrative and support functions.

Your day to day
  • Oversee and conduct process of placing new hotels on all IHG selling platforms globally
  • Overall and conduct all support functions for AMER Openings team, to include naming, system access, date changes, openings announcements and owner outreach as needed
  • Oversee and conduct key department administrative functions, to include FAC/FCC preparation and billing / collections
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to design and deliver solutions and efficiencies that are tailored to unique business needs while accounting for current and future industry environment
  • Develop and utilize business intelligence reporting to highlight critical concerns, and make appropriate recommendations based on findings. Summarize/prepare data for use in presentations to senior leaders.
  • Proactively identify potential new growth or continuous improvement opportunities for the department, deliver effective processes, structures and ways of working across the organization to successfully launch identified initiatives

What we need from you
  • Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate or related disciplines or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 5+ years progressive experience in management consulting, strategic planning or other related disciplines;
  • Hospitality experience is a plus, but not required
  • Successful experience in managing large, complex projects, working cross-functionally to deliver aligned objectives and creating or launching cross-functional processes/ways of working with internal and external stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze process, performance data, and owner/business issues order to draw insights and conclusions
  • Strong collaboration, interpersonal and communication skills
  • High degree of accountability and personal responsibility
  • Strong self-motivation and ability to plan time/priorities
  • Expert level proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, specifically PowerPoint and Excel
  • Experience with dynamic reporting tools such as Tableau and Power BI

Location - Atlanta, GA: Our hybrid work structure is an expectation of three (3) days a week in office. This expectation may be adjusted to evolve with the changing needs of the business.

The salary range for this role is $90,000.00 to $98,000.00. This role is also eligible for bonus pay (as applicable). We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401K, and other benefits to employees.
