ResponsibilitiesHow You'll Make an Impact - Lead workforce planning and staffing strategies across 3PL partners to optimize coverage and sales readiness
- Monitor staffing trends, productivity metrics, and workforce capacity to identify and address operational gaps
- Conduct operational reviews and oversee visitation schedules to assess staffing effectiveness and maintain compliance
- Drive accountability for workforce performance standards, onboarding programs, and training completion across all partner locations
- Partner with Learning & Development teams to deploy leadership programs and lead ongoing coaching initiatives to enhance execution and customer experience
- Manage inventory levels, equipment deployment, and operational supply readiness by partnering with Supply Chain teams to resolve variances and improve efficiencies
- Maintain operational dashboards and key performance indicators while ensuring adherence to procedures, policies, audit requirements, and brand standards
Working Conditions - Retail environment with exposure to moderate noise levels
- Travel required to multiple locations for operational oversight

QualificationsWhat You'll Bring to Spectrum Required Qualifications Education - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Experience - 5+ years experience with operational protocols in third party sales environments
- 3+ years management experience
Skills - Experience leading operational compliance, workforce planning, and training programs
- Proficiency in inventory and merchandising management
- Advanced change management techniques
- Strong analytical skills leveraging performance dashboards and operational metrics
- Knowledge of process and procedure design and documentation
- Experience in third party sales management
- Ability to organize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Demonstrated analytical, statistical, quantitative, and deduction skills
- Ability to make qualitative judgments on training, education, and development resources
- Ability to build strategic partnerships through interpersonal, leadership, influencing, and presentation skills
- Passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences
- Competency in personal technology such as mobile devices and video platforms
- Ability to travel regularly within assigned markets
- Valid driver's license meeting Spectrum's motor vehicle requirements
