Job Description:
The OM Worldwide Finance team plays a critical role in the financial and operational management of a broad and diverse portfolio of business units. The Worldwide Finance team supports the Worldwide CEO and CFO in the areas of planning, forecasting, reporting, operations and value-added analysis
We are seeking a finance professional with years of strong business finance experience, who possesses superior financial analysis, project management and interpersonal communication skills. This position will provide financial, analytical and administrative support on the Global business. In this role, you will conduct detailed variance analyses, assist with global reporting and satisfy ad hoc reporting requests.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Build and maintain data hygiene across all FP&A files, ensuring accuracy of all financial data across entire global Omnicom Media network
Analyze the consolidated monthly flashes and reforecasts templates received from regional and global finance teams
Drive core FP&A processes for monthly flashes and reforecasts
Compose presentations for global executive team covering financial results, strategic progress, and client-specific initiatives.
Continuously work to identify process improvement opportunities and provide support as new processes are put in place
Execute ad-hoc projects
Regularly liaise with regional finance leads and their teams to ensure firm understanding of consolidated financials as well as collaborate to drive process operational efficiencies.
$80-115k
Omnicom's policy requires employees to work in the office for a minimum of three days a week, unless additional in-office days are directed by their agency or manager. Our objective is to increase this requirement over time, and many of our agencies as well as Omnicom's corporate group already require five days of in-office attendance.
