JOB SUMMARY
Join ONEOK as the Manager, Fuel Advocacy and lead strategic product quality initiatives that strengthen asset performance, operational reliability, and commercial outcomes across the organization. In this influential role, you will partner with Commercial, Operations, Engineering, Finance, ESH, Compliance, and Risk teams to establish consistent quality practices, analyze performance trends, resolve complex product quality issues, and translate technical insights into actionable business strategies. You will also guide cross-functional programs, identify opportunities to reduce risk and improve efficiency, and serve as a trusted advisor to leaders and stakeholders.

This position will lead one direct report and is ideal for a collaborative, technically skilled people leader who is passionate about developing talent. You will coach and manage performance, establish priorities, allocate work based on business and operational needs, and provide technical guidance in product quality practices, analysis, and issue resolution. By fostering an accountable, collaborative, and continuous improvement-oriented environment, you will strengthen team capabilities while advancing innovative solutions that support ONEOK's operational and commercial objectives.

  • Quality Program Strategy & Governance
  • Lead development and execution of enterprise quality programs aligned with asset optimization and commercial objectives
  • Establish and maintain quality standards, frameworks, and governance processes across assets and operations
  • Ensure consistency in quality practices, processes, and performance expectations across multiple business units
  • Influence strategic decisions related to asset performance, reliability, and optimization initiatives
  • Asset Optimization & Performance Improvement
  • Partner with Commercial, Operations, and Engineering teams to optimize asset performance and maximize value
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce losses, and enhance operational reliability
  • Support development and implementation of performance improvement initiatives across pipeline and facility operations
  • Evaluate asset performance trends and recommend strategies to improve commercial outcomes
  • Data Analytics & Performance Insights
  • Lead analysis of performance, quality, and operational data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities
  • Develop and support reporting frameworks, dashboards, and key performance indicators (KPIs)

Education
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, Economics, or a related field typically required

  • 10+ years of experience in asset optimization, commercial operations, engineering, or related field typically required
  • Experience leading enterprise-level programs or initiatives
  • Experience in oil & gas, energy, or industrial operations preferred
