You will translate program changes into clear stakeholder engagement, communications, training, readiness, and adoption strategies while ensuring initiatives are delivered in compliance with governing regulations, internal policies, risk appetite, and business control expectations.

Is this role right for you? In this role, you will:
  • Lead change management planning and execution for fraud program initiatives, including technology enhancements, process changes, data initiatives, control uplift, reporting improvements, operating model changes, and platform modernization.
  • Develop and maintain integrated change strategies, stakeholder engagement plans, communication plans, training approaches, readiness checklists, adoption plans, and post-implementation support models.
  • Assess stakeholder impacts across Fraud Operations, business lines, Technology, Analytics, Compliance, Operational Risk, Knowledge Management, Training, and other control partners.
  • Translate complex fraud, technology, process, and control changes into clear, business-ready communications, implementation materials, leadership updates, FAQs, huddle guides, user guides, and training content.
  • Partner with program leads, product owners, business analysts, technology teams, and operational leaders to embed change management activities into delivery plans, milestones, governance routines, and implementation playbooks.
  • Support operational readiness by coordinating readiness criteria, implementation dependencies, user acceptance support, business sign-offs, procedures, training completion, communication deployment, and go-live support.

  • Contribute to a strong risk culture by ensuring day-to-day activities align with the Bank's risk appetite, compliance obligations, conduct expectations, and business control standards.
  • Champion a high-performance environment and contribute to an inclusive, collaborative, and continuous improvement-oriented work environment.

Do you have the skills that will enable you to succeed in this role? We'd love to work with you if you have:

  • Strong understanding of change management practices, including stakeholder impact assessments, communication planning, training support, adoption measurement, readiness tracking, and sustainment planning.
  • Experience supporting complex, cross-functional initiatives across business, operations, technology, analytics, risk, compliance, legal, and control functions.

  • Ability to translate complex business, technology, regulatory, and operational changes into clear, practical, and audience-appropriate materials.
  • Strong facilitation, stakeholder management, influencing, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to build alignment across diverse teams and senior stakeholders.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to prepare concise executive updates, presentations, training content, leadership talking points, implementation guides, and adoption summaries.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, prioritization, and decision-making skills, with comfort managing ambiguity, competing priorities, and accelerated timelines.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Teams, and SharePoint; experience with Jira, Confluence, Visio, Power BI, or similar delivery and reporting tools is an asset.
  • Change management certification, project management certification, agile delivery experience, or financial services transformation experience is an asset.
