Manager, Fixed Operations to turbocharge the engine that keeps our dealership running strong.

What You'll Do- Lead and motivate Service & Parts teams to deliver outstanding customer experiences
- Expertly coach and mentor Service & Parts leaders to drive employee engagement and customer satisfaction
- Set and achieve department goals tied to performance and growth
- Prepare and maintain budgets and forecasting alongside Department leaders
- Build a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement
- Present objectives and progress to Executive and fellow Capital Automotive Group teams
- Identify opportunities and lead implementation to improve fixed operations departments
- Build and maintain positive relationships with manufacturer, vendors, and other external partnerships that support dealership operations
What You Bring- 5+ years' leadership experience in automotive service and/or parts (ag, heavy-duty, or truck/trailer considered)
- Proven ability to manage budgets, people, and performance metrics
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Customer-first mindset and passion for the automotive industry
- Valid Class 5 driver's license and acceptable driving record
