Crowfoot Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM FIAT is looking for a Manager, Fixed Operations to turbocharge the engine that keeps our dealership running strong.

What You'll Do
  • Lead and motivate Service & Parts teams to deliver outstanding customer experiences
  • Expertly coach and mentor Service & Parts leaders to drive employee engagement and customer satisfaction
  • Set and achieve department goals tied to performance and growth
  • Prepare and maintain budgets and forecasting alongside Department leaders
  • Build a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement
  • Present objectives and progress to Executive and fellow Capital Automotive Group teams
  • Identify opportunities and lead implementation to improve fixed operations departments
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with manufacturer, vendors, and other external partnerships that support dealership operations

  • 5+ years' leadership experience in automotive service and/or parts (ag, heavy-duty, or truck/trailer considered)
  • Proven ability to manage budgets, people, and performance metrics
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
